Your seed after you shall also receive favor of The Lord. You will not fail, you will not mourn. The Lord will make a way for you where there appears to be none. We cover you in the blood of Jesus Christ.

In return, please ensure that you have been to Jesus Christ for the cleansing blood. if not, confess Him with your mouth today as your personal Lord and Savior. Then, go on and show kindness to someone new, someone different from members of your immediate family; put a smile on another’s face for God this week.

Beloved, how has your month been so far? Mine has been wonderful to His glory. This month’s prayer, I am assured will be the turning point in somebody’s life because it will break the bounds of limitation for that fellow. Amen.

Please be reminded that the spiritual controls the physical. Before anything manifests in the physical, same would have been settled first in the spiritual realm. So, to access that spiritual realm in our prayers this month I leave you with a key – WORSHIP GOD FOR AT LEAST FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES BEFORE PRAYING OUR PRAYER POINTS. You shall testify IJMN. Water, 05Symptoms of Not Drinking Enough Water.

My dear friends, our health tip for this month is of vital importance, as you will read in the introduction. I would be asking for your favour on this particular tip, because at its root lie many avoidable health challenges that our brethren suffer. My humble plea is that you please pass this on to as many people as possible. God bless you as you do so!!! Our fervent prayer is that nobody’s health will suffer at the dawn of or enjoyment of breakthrough IJMN!

Introduction.

The human body is 60 to 70 percent water (lending credence to those who say man is water!). When a person doesn’t drink enough water, it can have negative effects on the body and the way it operates. Not drinking enough water affects your health. According to research, humans can survive without food for a whopping two months, but can only go without water for a few days before bodily functions are compromised. Among other things, water flushes out toxins in the body and keeps essential organs moist so they can function.

When a person stops drinking water or doesn’t drink enough, they can become dehydrated. Symptoms of dehydration include dry and sticky mouth, sunken eyes, not producing enough tears, little or no urine output and lethargy, according to the American National Institutes of Health. People who don’t drink enough water may also develop low blood pressure and a rapid heart rate.

What Happens if You Don’t Drink Enough Water?

The body cannot survive without water. Water consumption helps the body breathe, because it moistens the lungs. Lung functions can use up to a pint of water every day, decreasing the body’s moisture through exhalation. When that liquid isn’t replaced, it makes it difficult to breathe. People who don’t drink enough fluids can also gain excess body fat, have poor muscle tone and a decreased ability to digest food.

How Much Water Should People Drink per Day?

Most people live in a state of dehydration and don’t even know it. However, if we follow the general recommendation to consume between eight to ten glasses of water a day, they can stay properly hydrated. This water intake should be spread throughout the day so there isn’t the constant urge to head to the bathroom.

Caffeinated and Alcoholic Beverages

While caffeinated and alcoholic beverages are liquid, they don’t necessarily quench the thirst. This is because products such as soda, coffee and beer cause the body to become dehydrated. These beverages actually hasten the body’s elimination of fluids. When this occurs, mild symptoms of dehydration are experienced, including heartburn, stomachache, lower back pain, headaches and depression.

Eating a Healthy Diet

Eating a healthy diet that contains at least five servings of fruit and vegetables a day is also important, since most of the body’s daily fluid intake comes from what we eat. If you find that you’re extremely thirsty, not eating a healthy diet, or feeling dehydrated, drink cold water rather than hot water. According to one research, the body absorbs cold water more quickly.

So, How Can I Encourage Myself To Drink Ware?

It is not in dispute that as against carbonated or alcoholic beverages, many find it hard to drink water as needed by the body. So, here are some tips that should help you.

1. Keep water handy and visible. Drinking your daily recommended 8 cups of water is easier when water sources are convenient. Keep a gallon container of water in your car or mode of transport and refill your bottle as necessary. (Please note that you do not drink water already in the car for more than one day because of exposure to excessive heat; even if your car is air-conditioned!) Store an insulated thermos at work and make refilling it part of your morning routine. If you can afford to, place a mini-fridge in your bedroom and stock it with a pitcher of cold water and an empty bottle or cup.

2. Chill your water. Drinking cold water is more refreshing than downing a room-temperature beverage. Keep water cold by freezing several water bottles or having small water containers half-filled with water and filling the remaining space as needed with cool water at the start of each day. The frozen bottom will keep water cold longer than a few ice cubes, leading to more frequent guzzling. If you do not have ready access to a refrigerator, you can invest in local water mud hearths (Ikoko or Amu) in my local dialect.

3. Purchase a water filter and store the filtering pitcher in your refrigerator. If you live in a large family where water run out quickly, train your youngsters to cultivate the habit of refilling two bottles of water for every one drunk! If your local water supply contains high concentrations of mineral deposits like sulfur, drinking from the tap can seem more nauseating than refreshing, so keep large pitchers around that can be locally filtered. The general idea is to keep large volumes of portable water around your home and work space.

4. Give your water some flavor by adding a few tablespoons of fruit juice and shaking the contents. If you’re used to fruit drinks and soda, drinking plain water can be less than tempting. Create a subtler taste by squeezing a wedge or slice of citrus fruit into your water.
